Klondyke House is a historic red brick factory building that has evolved over the decades into a unique complex with several wings. The loft-like, multi-functional Klondyketalo is 30 000 square metres in size and currently houses 120 companies from various sectors.
Klondyke offers a variety of office and retail space, warehouses, restaurants, a performance arena, halls and sports facilities.
At the heart of the Klondyke is a magnificent arena with grandstands at the main entrance and
the cosy restaurant Lunch and events FunFun.
