Waste management
Garbage is taken to the waste room located at the loading dock.

Parking
Car parking is being renewed and will be announced when the parking area is re-marked.

Property security
Securitas monitors the public areas and doors of Klondyke. Operators should, if they wish, make security arrangements for their own premises independently.
Lunch and Cafe FunFun

Lunch and Cafe FunFun is open Mon - Fri 8:00-16:00
Lunch is served from 10:30-14:00

Businesses can use the meeting and conference rooms in the restaurant. The arena and restaurant are available for daytime and evening lectures, various customer events and parties.

Lost keys
Weekdays 08-15 keys to the premises from the FunFun counter.
Evenings, nights and weekends - Call the attendant and he will come and open the door. The cost is €50.

Smoking
Klondyketalo is a completely non-smoking establishment.
Outside, smoking is permitted in two marked areas: (1) by the spiral staircase in front of the main entrance and (2) by the D staircase in the courtyard.

Cleanup
The cleaning of the common areas of the Klondyke house is the responsibility of PrimaClean Oy.
If you have any questions or feedback about cleaning, you can contact us directly info@primaclean.fi - 0207 350 370.
When dealing with them, please remember to specify in more detail which staircase and floor you are talking about. Klondyke is a big house and this way you can get targeted information about what space it is about.
